I specialize in motion graphics, illustration, and explainer video production for internal communications, product launches, and customer education—often before the product even exists. From Help Centers and HR platforms to sizzle reels that simulate unreleased features, I craft content that aligns stakeholders, excites audiences, and makes the invisible feel real.


Earlier in my career, I directed animation and interactive content for top entertainment and education brands including Disney, Nickelodeon, PBS Kids, and the Library of Congress.

    • Partnered with Knowledge Management (KM) to enhance Audible’s global Help Center platform by designing visual content that simplified customer self-service and supported internal Customer Service workflows
    • Created a modular system of illustrations, animations, and explainer videos to visualize common issues and solutions—designed for reuse across global markets and optimized for Amazon’s internal CMS tools
    • Collaborated with Brand to ensure visual consistency and accessibility; tested multiple formats (static, animated, narrated, silent) to meet legal, production, and audience needs
    • Contributed to a measurable reduction in customer support tickets by improving clarity and accessibility of Help Center content
    • Developed content aimed at reducing support interactions while maintaining brand clarity and emotional tone—with a focus on automation, evergreen utility, and global scalability
    • Produced launch visuals for high-profile features, including:

    ◦ A seasonal campaign for a top global brand, featuring in-app programmatic animation (Lottie) tied to customer engagement
    ◦ A sizzle reel and explainer video for Audible’s AI assistant, showcasing functionality for internal celebration and external education

    • Co-created Customer Service TV (CSTV), a training series blending company culture, history, and humor to boost employee engagement
    • Developed video content for Audible’s HR “Career Journey” platform, supporting internal mobility and onboarding
    • Collaborated cross-functionally with Product, UX, Design, Brand, Legal, and CS to align messaging and visuals across internal and external channels
