I worked on 2 Popeye Pilots, "Popeye Untold". This was the second pilot... an actual episode.
If I had a Wacom tablet and Adobe Animate then, I could have made this 100 times faster! (I'm the voice of Brutus BTW.)
The first pilot you can see here was an over the top pitch to the pitch!
